The buzz about content is finally making a presence, center stage. Talking about writing good content is a start but actually constructing a blog or paper can be challenging in order to keep your audience happy. We can start by working on simple value packed emails. Some points to help create great emails and letters is provided.

  • Your letters and emails to potential customers should sound as though you were speaking directly to them.  
  • Don't apologize for entering their mailbox, especially if you are offering a solution to a problem.
  • If you aren't familiar with their problems, write about what solutions you used to help others.
  • Scripted emails will get you a scripted answer - No!
  • Identify your value and say it in your letter or email.
  • Put your message in as few lines as possible.
  • Bulleted lists work well but that's an after thought to your first few lines explaining your value.
